Government signs quotas on sunflower seed oil exports
MOSCOW, Mar 31 (PRIME) -- The Russian government signed on Thursday introduction of an export quota for sunflower seed oil and millcake from April 15, according to a statement seen by PRIME.
The quota will amount to 1.5 million tonnes for sunflower seed oil and 700,000 tonnes for millcake.
The government also forbade exports of sunflower and rape seeds from Friday until August 31. The number of customs offices accepting exports of soya seeds and millcake will be restricted on Friday to include only the Far Eastern area.
The exports of wheat, rye, barley and corn seeds were permitted to the Eurasian Economic Union.
